Responsibilities:
• ID tender drawings
• Good in Photoshop
• Able to do 3D max rendering
• To conceptualize/lead in concept design, design development and documentations
• Undertaking projects and coordinating on all design matters
• Well versed in technical knowledge and construction details and drawings
• Good sense and knowledge of material application
• To work closely with Design Director on job implementation.
• To take responsibility to lead projects, coordination of site handover and monitoring of fitting-out progress
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement:
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
• Highly self-motivated, proactive and a good team player
• Strong determination and highly motivated individual
