- Responsible for smooth and efficient daily operation of Front office
functions.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person on the telephone, or e-
mail.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Ensure highest standard of services to minimize guest satisfaction.
- Provide professional solutions to guest when problems occurred.

equivalent.
- 1-3 years experience in related field.
- Multi-task, responsible, work independently under pressure and
service minded.
- Good communication in English & computer skills.
