POSITION SUMMARY
CNS Global Consulting are currently recruiting on behalf of an international Human Rights NGO in South East Asia. You will be the Security and Technology Officer for a new project. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, further details of the project and organisation will be revealed to candidates later in the recruitment process. You will have excellent security management skills with a proven track record in providing direct support to cross-functional teams in the human rights, humanitarian or development sector. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of security protocols, risk assessments and crisis management plans for a highly sensitive project, including providing assistance to project partners. You will have excellent IT and digital security skills with a proven track record in providing direct support to cross-functional teams. You will support the IT infrastructure of the project and partners.

-.5 years experience working in the field of IT and/or digital security and/or security and risk management, ideally in the human rights sector.
- Proficiency in digital security including encryption, secure communications and privacy tools.
- Solid understanding of the human rights and justice sector in South East Asia
- Solid knowledge of South East Asian history, socio-economic, political and cultural context
