Iglu is looking for a Back Office Assistant to work for a client project. The project has gained strong ground as a distributor of electronics, out-door equipment and sports equipment in Northern Europe over the past few years and this has led to a situation where they need to strengthen their team in Bangkok with a Back Office Assistant.
Responsibilities and duties
Responsibility 1 To manage daily order handling
The Sales Managers receive multiple customer orders per day. These need to be entered to our back-end system as soon as they have been received. Back Office Assistant works in close co-operation with Sales Managers to ensure that they get to spend their valuable time on what matters the most, servicing their clients.
Responsibility 2 To manage daily invoicing
After the orders have been placed and the goods delivered to our clients, its time to make sure we invoice them properly and on time. Back Office Assistant creates invoices to our invoicing tool and se

Qualifications
Essential qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable qualifications
The ability to work independently, as well as function as part of a team

Preferably some experience in office work
