You will be supporting the execution and optimisation of all performance marketing initiatives across the region and you get to be the glue connecting the different stakeholders and markets as we all collaborate to achieve our aim of driving efficiency across all our online advertising activities. Beyond the day-to-day tasks, you will also have the opportunity to participate in regular strategic investigations, research and troubleshooting of channel-related bugs. As a team, we are always open to fresh and new ideas so in this role you will also have the opportunity to propose, ideate, plan and execute interesting new initiatives to fuel our collective hunger for continuous learning.
Your ultimate goal will be to improve performance efficiencies across key channels such as Social Paid, Youtube, Google SEM, TikTok, LinkedIn, Outbrain, etc.

Possess 3+ year of hands-on experience in paid acquisition channels such as Social Paid, Youtube, Google SEM, and more
Have strong interest and passion towards numbers and data
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Exposure and understanding on market characteristics across SEA is a plus
Additional language abilities (on top on English) is a plus
