CNS Global Consulting are currently recruiting on behalf of an international Human Rights NGO in South East Asia. You will be the Senior Trainer for a new project. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, further details of the project and organisation will be revealed to candidates later in the recruitment process. You will have excellent facilitation skills with a proven track record in designing and delivering outstanding trainings. You will work within the Programming and Operations Team. You will be responsible for the effective design, delivery and evaluation of a diverse range of training; as well as providing ongoing support to participants.

• Experience of designing and delivering training to diverse groups
• An expert facilitator
• 7 years experience working in the field of human rights or international development
• A solid understanding of the human rights and justice sector in South East Asia with specific knowledge of local organizations, their activities and networks
• Proficiency in digital security including privacy tools.
• Strong IT skills
